This summer was amazing.

Each year my family plans a huge road trip for the summer time but this year was an exception. I was working a full time job and my brother was taking summer classes. During the first two months of summer I was pretty much secluded from the world. I worked 45 hours a week, was stuck in traffic 10 hours a week, slept 35 hours a week and the rest 20 hours of "free time" I had I spent working on my blog. So yea, you can say I was pretty reframed from society. Half way through summer I decided to quit my job which was the best decision of my life (that's another story), so I decided I was going to make the best out of the rest of my summer. I planned picnics at the beach with my friends, bought tickets to see Ed Sheeran and my favorite was having mini adventures around the city taking pictures of everything that caught my attention. At the near end of summer my family planned a spontaneous 3 day trip to Florida which was by far one of the best trips I've ever been on. There's something about not having things planned that made everything more exciting- and this is coming from a plan freak.  During the trip I decided I wanted to stay away from social media and truly enjoy the beautiful Floridian beaches and have pure quality time with my family, but I did take my cameras with me and I was able to capture a few of my favorite memories.

So yea, you can say this summer was pretty amazing.

How was your summer?
Love, Karla.xx
